This week on Advancing the Mission, since February is Black History Month, we talk with Tom Smith - the assistant school leader and co-founder of Smith Academy For Excellence. We have partnered with this school for several years at County Line. Tom has been in many leadership positions in Fort Wayne schools and was the first minority varsity coach in Fort Wayne in 1983. We can all learn from his experience of being a black man in a predominantly white community. Listen as he talks about his life and some of the injustices he has dealt with. Hopefully, this is something we can all learn from.

This week on Advancing the Mission, we interview Marcos Lovaglio, a local pastor at the Church of God in Arco (Northern Italy). He talks with us about how he got involved in ministry, how God is using his musical gifts to share the Gospel, and shares about the youth camp that his church puts on each year (that hopefully, County Line can be a part of with an Impact Trip).
